ABH Kids – Kindness Is Cool
ABH Kids – Kindness Is Cool – it has always been said that children are the future and I believe this is true. So in October I decided to add ABH Kids to my blog – to give kids a platform to share their thoughts and feelings about animals. With this in mind I felt that ABH Kids needed their own logo – so I asked my wonderful, talented graphic artist Melissa Stewart – who created the logo for A Beating Heart – to create 2 new logos for ABH Kids.
She did not disappoint – and after a flurry of correspondence and numerous drafts and re-designs – we settled on 2 very different but equally charming logos for ABH Kids.
One is similar to my existing logo for A Beating Heart – but this time a playful baby elephant …
And the other is a squeezeable, huggable little imp. Both deliver a message that all beings have a heart – and as all animal lovers know – they – just like us – want to live!
The tag line Kindness Is Cool is an easy message for kids to think about and remember. If children grew up understanding the incredible gift of kindness – both to give and receive – then bullying would become a NOT cool thing to do – and respecting and protecting animals would be a natural thing for kids to do!
So look for lots more posts from ABH Kids – they have a lot to say and most of it is important …
